Regional manager
Would be responsible for achieving sales targets for the assigned training center and to ensure smooth operations at centers. Should have at least 2 years of experience at similar capacity and overall more than 6 years of exp.  in IT Training.

Manager – Delivery
Would be responsible for overall execution, ensuring on time quality delivery, and highly satisfied students. Should have exp. Of at least 2 years in similar capacity with any leading IT Training Institute

Center Head/Business Head
Would be responsible for managing the center as independent profit center head. He/she should have 3-5 years of exp. At similar capacity. Should be an aggressive sales leader with good man management skills.

Business Executive/Counselor/Trainee:
Would be responsible for enquiry generation, counseling and meeting number targets. He/ She should be a graduate with good communication and selling skills.

Trainers/ Faculties :
Person should be proficient in either of the skills : j2EE, J2ME, Hibernate, Struts,  .Net 2.0, Ethical Hacking , MCSE 2003, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, Exchange Server, SMS server, Linux etc.
Salary should not be a constraint for the right candidate
