It is a platform where careers are crafted and is an extremely challenging stage of one’s life which needs attention, focus and commitment. The challenge in the job market has increased due to the current market conditions. With global recession setting in, recruitments have become a very cautious process. This meltdown is expected to be around for the next few years.

Statistics states that organizations are facing a severe shortage of talent, and struggling to find the right applicant to ensure organizational success. Thus there is a well-established need for students to obtain 360° LEARNING PROCESS in order to make them INDUSTRY READY & RIGHTLY SKILLED to compete in the global arena. The major challenge we face in India is the existing gap, between Academic curriculum and Industry requirements.

  • 3.1 million Students graduate every year, of which only 30% get jobs the same year.
  • 72% of these students get rejected in the 1st round of interview.
