The training needs of the personnel are changing from textbook concepts and general theory to methods that enhance motivation and sense of professionalism. Kites specializes in customizing the training for your Personnel. Our experience covers all applications of Call Center Operations including: sales and customer service, technical support and help desk. We understand the performance gaps of the participants from the HR and then work to develop a turnkey training program to effectively address those needs and hone the areas and skills that need improvement.
